Ingredients

brioche bread slices

eggs
1
slice
of Gouda cheese
1/2
avocado
sliced or mashed
A handful of arugula
A few cherry tomatoes
halved
Butter
for toasting the bread
Salt and pepper
for seasoning
Instructions
Crack and Whisk the Eggs
Heat the Pan and Melt the Butter
Pour Eggs into the Pan
Place the Bread on Top of the Eggs
Flip the Egg and Bread Together
Add Gouda Cheese, Avocado, Tomatoes, and Arugula
Fold the Sandwich
Serve and Enjoy!
