  • 1 egg
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

For serving

  • Greek yogurt
  • Mixed berries

Instructions

  • Mash the Banana
  • Mix in the Oats, Egg, Cinnamon, and Vanilla
  • Heat Oil in a Pan
  • Cook the Oat Mixture
  • Scramble and Stir in the Pan
  • Serve with Greek Yogurt and Berries
